Play therapy is an impactful therapeutic approach facilitated by Certified Play Therapists and Play-Informed Therapists, who skillfully employ various expressive art therapies to engage with children in their world. By utilizing modalities such as art, play, sand tray, storytelling, and puppetry, the therapists at LPW create a secure and nurturing environment where children can freely express themselves and navigate their fears, concerns, and difficulties. By partnering with an experienced practitioner, you'll have the opportunity to learn various mindfulness techniques and receive personalized guidance tailored to your unique needs and goals.  By working one-on-one with a Mindful Meditation Specialist, you will deepen your understanding of mindfulness, develop greater self-awareness, and cultivate a sense of inner calm and resilience. These skills will empower you to apply mindfulness in various aspects of your life, enhance your overall well-being, and navigate challenges with a greater sense of clarity and equanimity.

With over 30 years in the mental health field, with 20+ of them being in private practice, the Owner and Clinical Director of Lunar Psychotherapy and Wellness has worked with numerous individuals with a variety of complexities and life challenges. Tina uses her academic work, clinical practice, research, and training as a Clinical Supervisor to support clinicians in the helping field to work effectively and efficiently with the individuals they support while maintaining a healthy balanced life themselves. Tina currently supervises Interns (Masters level), Qualifying Registered Psychotherapists and Registering Play Therapists.  Currently Tina is offering Individual ($160+HST) and Dyadic Supervision ($85+HST/PP).
