As a Mental Health Professor, Registered Psychotherapist, and Clinical Director with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s complexities, I believe the foundation of meaningful therapy is a strong, trusting relationship—and I’m honoured to build that connection with those I support.

I offer virtual sessions for children and youth. I specialize in teens struggling with stress, anxiety, mood disorders and neurodivergent challenges.

My experience also includes working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and providing support to their families.

My background as a life coach and my education in Drama and Psychotherapy inform my holistic person-centred approach. I specialize in ADHD, depression, anxiety and disordered eating.

I am the Marketing Coordinator at Lunar Psychotherapy & Wellness, and I also offer in-person and virtual sessions for children, youth, and adults.  I specialize in working with members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community and people with disabilities.  I have also worked with children and teens who have experienced stress, anxiety, and challenges at school.

Hello, I’m Songqin. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am currently completing my training in expressive arts therapy and art therapy at the WHEAT Institute and am also a member of the Ontario Expressive Arts Therapy Association (OEATA).

I work with children and teens, and I also support neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan. My work integrates trauma-informed psychotherapy, somatic awareness, and the creative processes of expressive arts and art therapy.
