Expressive Arts Therapy For Kids, Teens, and Adults
At LPW, Expressive Arts Therapy allows you to connect with yourself trough creative expression. Through visual art, creative writing, drama, music, voice, and movement, you can articulate what you are feeling and access your own emotions. Our therapists are here to help and guide both you and your children. Whether you are trying to make meaning of your life, healing from traumatic experiences, or trying to better engage with your children, Expressive Arts Therapy might be right for you.
Connections at Every Life Stage
LPW offers Expressive Arts Therapy by trained professionals. Art comes from a deep, emotional place, and using your creativity will lead to self-discovery and understanding. Whether through fingerpainting, writing your own music, reading poetry, or even dancing, our therapists create a safe and welcoming space where you can be yourself and explore.

Once we decide to work together, we’ll explore which approaches resonate most with you. We’ll discuss a a path forward and what goals you’d like to work towards.
