Hello — I’m Timea Bublik, a Master’s-level counselling psychology student and experienced coach based in Waterloo, Ontario, who supports adults, leaders, couples, and people navigating life and hormonal transitions. I bring over 12 years and 500+ hours of one-to-one coaching and mentoring experience, and I strive to offer a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative space where clients can feel supported as they work toward clarity, resilience, and meaningful change. I also bring over 12 years of experience in organizational psychology, consulting, and human resources, which has given me a deep appreciation for workplace stress, leadership challenges, conflict, and the many ways personal and professional life intersect.
Why Work with Me
I combine counselling training in a Master of Counselling Psychology program with long-standing coaching experience in corporate and community settings, which helps me understand both personal and workplace stressors and how they affect one another. I’m known for building strong rapport, offering steady support, and working collaboratively with clients in a professional, down-to-earth way. I also offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to help meet client needs with care and convenience.
I work practically and compassionately with clients facing work-related issues, including burnout, career transitions, perfectionism, and relationship conflict. I am also deeply passionate about supporting women’s mental health through hormonal transition phases, including pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause.
My Approach
I take an integrative, person-centred approach that is trauma-informed, culturally humble, and evidence-informed. I blend solution-focused coaching, CBT principles, relaxation techniques, and exposure-informed trauma care to offer practical tools and a therapeutic pace that fits each client’s goals and readiness.
